I work with young people and young people that are hopeless. I see lots of depression and I primarily work with teenagers that are suicidal. They dont know what the future holds or if the future holds anything.
I was selling rural real estate at the time and so I pretty much knew what was on the market and this little property popped up that I didnt know about. And we decided it was within our budget.
